I would like to bring to your attention an issue concerning the pop-up "rate app." Upon the appearance of the pop-up requesting a rating, and subsequent acceptance on my part, the pop-up disappears without providing an opportunity for the customer to rate the application. I have attempted this process multiple times, all resulting in the same outcome.
I am concerned that this situation may pose a challenge for you, as it could potentially affect the number of stars or reviews in the store.
