Allow Users to Set their own time zone

Due to being on European time, my daily readings appear for the next day. It would be great to be able to set the timezone to CET (or any others) so journal entries match the actual day that we did the readings.

I would have thought that times would be determined by the mobile device being used, as that's a system property available to apps. If that's not the case, then this seems like a bug.
